This is a hotel for youths who want to get drunk, security guards should have had alarm bells ringing. the hote is on the strip which is great to get to bars and restaurants as the cooking facilities are not great, no egg cups, a very non non stick frying pan but not to bad. Nothing had any descriptions on so we didn't know what it was, cold, stale bread no butter, no waiter service or drinks to purchase as in all half board hotels, dessert was 1 lemon thing and loads of fruit, waste of money. We went self catering thank god as we paid for 1 evening meal 10 euros each and in 25 years of going abroad have NEVER seen such a dismal display of food.

No pictures, no TV but it does say no tv in brochure. Was shown room on ground level but this was worse It was very very basic. Room we got given 249 was 2nd floor overlooking a wall, I did request pool view a out 8 months earler but I know now these are all superior rooms and we booked standard. On arrival the foyer was me and my fiance both late 40s and about 10 lads all about 20. Stayed here for 2 weeks 8th till 22 Sept 2022. The Manager was always around making sure everything ran like clockwork the same went for the Receptionists again always on hand to ask questions and always had the answers. Security was second to none and always checking the complex at night. Sozos the maintenance guy was always on hand with any issues we had, and was great getting to know him on a personal level about his life. Food from their Bar Menu was great value for money and lots to choose from and the Curry Sauce was to die for (should have asked for the recipe). The Breakfast was plentiful and what I would refer to has a hearty Breakfast with a array of foods to choose from. The Bar Men - Angelos and George were a good laugh and down to earth and were always happy to natter and they made the best COCKTAILS!!. There are 2 Pools but we stayed around the main pool where the bar was. They were all very cheery and it was pleasure speaking to them every day as they went around doing their work. The cleaner came in every day with fresh Towels and cleaned even though it didn't need to be. Our Apartments (standard Apt) was very spacious and extremely clean. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make our stay memorable.
