If others had complained, I'm not sure why the problem wasn't addressed earlier. I called the front desk to complain, and was told that there had been some other complaints so they were going to send someone up. By 1:45am they had gotten even louder to where I couldn't sleep. I assumed these were coming from outside by the pool they were so loud. From inside our room I could hear really loud party-like noises. Saturday night we got back to the room around midnight. I would most likely stay here again, but did have one minor problem. For the price paid, the room was very well sized and comfortable. Parking areas were well lit and felt safe. When we researched Home2Suites, it was listed as #1 in the area. It is a delightful surprise for us to be this impressed. It is set far enough beck to be quiet, yet close to the activities of Addison. The location on Beltline Road between Quorum and Addison Road is ideal and walking distance to many restaurants as well as Addison Circle. Breakfast includes several types of eggs, oatmeal, berries, nuts and assorted toppings, bananas, apples, yogurts, cereals, juices, homemade waffles, breads, coffee and tea. We can even fill our water bottles daily. A sweet woman named Barbara is there to serve and help with any special requests.

They serve a full breakfast buffet every morning. There are tiny night lights at night that give just enough light to see in the dark at night and blackout shades in the room. They provide coffee, tea, a coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses, an iron - and a dishwasher. There is a desk, ergonomic chair and proper lighting for work. They thought of everything inside the room from abundant bright and dim lighting to microwave oven, a full sized fridge and freezer and plenty of drawers and hanging space. The pillows are squishy, supportive and perfect to sleep with. We barely hear any noise inside our room. The hotel is also quiet at the same time. There is a nice gym and laundry area with several washers and dryers. There is even a fenced-in small dog park and poop bag dispenser outside the hotel to welcome our pets. Dogs and families are welcome here so the place is fun and lively. The maids Edis and Roauro are attentive, responsive, kind and helpful. There is a full sized saline pool that is ideal for these hot summer days. There are computers, TV's, couches, tables and plenty of space in the main entry area. They are each super friendly, welcoming and helpful, no matter what we need. The front desk staff is phenomenal - Liz, Chris, Anthony and Tony. We never imagined we could enjoy our experience this much. We are delighted to be at this hotel while work is being done on our house.
